Please contact us by filling out the form below to obtain a Return Authorization number and instructions. Please do not send back without a Return Authorization number, as this will delay processing time.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be sent back in their original condition, new and unworn, to qualify for an exchange or full refund. We will notify you within 1 business day once we have received your package and process your request. Please allow refunds and credits 24-48 hours to post to your credit card or PayPal account. *Sale items, custom orders, products that are final sale may not be returned or exchanged. Custom orders are items that are not pictured on our website and ring sizes that are smaller than a 6 and larger than an 8.5.
