    Step 1 of the checkout process: Provide us with your shipping address and the billing address of the credit card you are using.

    Step 2 of the checkout process: Enter the credit card number as one long set of digits, without any type of punctuation such as hyphens, spaces, or slashes. Next, enter the expiration date. Finally, select the shipping method.

    Step 3 of the checkout process: Review the information you have entered and hit the “Purchase” botton to complete the order.

    Finally, upon verification of your credit card, we will send you a confirmation email.

    How long will it take to receive my package?

    Much of the jewelry we sell on our web site is custom made to order. Many of the designers may ship from other countries. We will confirm your order with a delivery date and you will not be charged until item is being shipped. Once it has been shipped, please allow 3-5 days of transit time.

    Federal Express or USPS Express Mail Service: Orders are usually shipped out the next day if the order is received prior to 9 AM Central Standard Time (Monday – Friday).

    What is’s return policy?

    At, we proudly stand behind the quality brand names that we sell. If you are not satisfied with any item you receive for any reason, we will gladly take back the item and refund you the original purchase price within 2 weeks following receipt of jewelry. Jewelry must not be worn, must be in original condition and original packaging and returned to us with the invoice for a full product refund . So when you get a package from us, scrutinize the merchandise just as we have. Make sure it is correct. Check the features and functions. If you decide you don’t want a particular piece of merchandise, we’d be happy to help you through the return process.
